The Job

• Involved in Customer Life Cycle Management and identifying the relevant touch points to upsell & cross-sell
• Analyze the relevant Customer Segmentations for identifying business opportunities
• Design Communication Strategy for various products
• Execute the campaigns accurately to ensure campaign targets are achieved and conduct post analysis to derive the learnings and insights for a greater gain.
• Identify customer insights to drive prospects via own base monetization Customer Segmentation
• Develop cross and up sell campaign to drive leads and prospects
• Manage 360-degree communication campaigns
• Closely work with research team to test propositions concepts and post-launch tracks
• Market feedback and working with cross-functional teams
• Manage the marketing communication mix across channels to optimize the effective delivery of highly personalized propositions
• Identifying the avenues to what campaigns can be automated
• Managing automation of campaigns

The Person

• Should possess a Degree in Management/ Marketing/Statistics from a recognized University or Institute
• Should have 8-10 years of experience in a similar field
• Profound analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and negotiation skills
• Proficient in advanced MS office and SQL
