Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning - Working with strategy, brand & channels and technology leads to manage the campaign planning and design (incl. objective setting, campaign targets, campaign channel tactics, budgets & timelines)
  • Delivery & execution - Creating clear and concise tactical campaign briefs for in-house or external delivery teams. Ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Reporting - Working with the data and insights team to understand campaign performance on both a tactical (L4) and aggregated (L3) level
  • Optimisation - Liaising with strategy, brand & channels and technology teams to identify and implement optimisation opportunities
  • Ways of working - Develop proactive relationships with both internal and external partners across marketing and sales, suppliers and stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience planning and delivering effective, result-oriented Marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaign development,
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects and resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management
