An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a recently created marketing team within Capita reporting to the Head of Campaigns.

The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, execution and delivery of multi-channel brand and corporate campaigns for Capita PLC and all divisions

About the role

You will deliver campaign activity to market and report back to the Head of Campaigns on performance of campaign and provide post campaign analysis and interpretation.

The Campaign Manager will receive briefs as directed by the Head of Campaigns across a range of brand and corporate campaigns and work across the team to design and execute against agreed objectives, leading overall management of all campaign assets including use of MAT tool where appropriate.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing campaign planning, working with technology, brand and channel experts to and design optimal campaigns
  • Briefing and delivery of campaignable assets relevant to the channel and audience buyer stage
  • Campaign execution, amplifying and re-purposing proposition content owned by Brand Strategy
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance across channels
  • Develop clear and concise campaign briefs including communication objectives and identified KPIs
  • Delivering campaigns within agreed budget and on time
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise content through brand and divisional campaign activity and events
  • Working collaboratively to develop internal communications to support colleague engagement with campaigns
  • Developing proactive relationships with both internal and external partners across marketing and sales, suppliers and stakeholders

Your experience will include:

  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering effective, result-oriented
  • Campaign planning, execution
  • Campaign readiness
  •  marketing campaigns
  • Experience of driving brand-level thought leadership content
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaign development utilising MAT
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage to and manage multiple campaigns, projects and resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management
