This is an office-based role answering calls from older people and people with vulnerabilities. We facilitate a response which may include calling the emergency services, family and other support - please see Job Description for further information.
This is an ideal role for someone who is reliable, resilient and committed to helping and safeguarding others. A background in Customer Services would be desirable.
This role has an element of team-working and also requires lone-working therefore you need to be confident working alone and being autonomous. This is a busy role and so you must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
The shift pattern is varied with some weekend and evening working, also bank holidays.

Post one - Permanent post
Post two - Fixed term for 18 months to cover maternity leave, possibly leading to permanent. This is a flexible shift whereby you will need to be available to cover various shifts between the hours of 08:00-20:00 including evenings and weekends.

Stage two will consist of an interview either face-to-face or by MS teams.
