Job Description

Supervise and perform P&L analysis for all forecasting cycles, including understanding each division’s variances(e.g. vs. budget/prior year) and related risks and opportunities to the current forecast. Ability to understand ABM overall Revenue, Variable Gross Profit (VGP), Operating Profit and all eliminations between the Industry Groups.

Essential Functions

• Deep understanding of financial modeling. Comfort in translating model outcomes into actionable budgeting plans. These financial projections are at the core of the company’s long term strategic decision making and capital planning process
• Supervise and perform P&L analysis for all forecasting cycles, including understanding each division’s variances e.g. vs. budget/prior year) and related risks and opportunities to the current forecast. Ability to understand ABM overall Revenue, Variable Gross Profit (VGP), Operating Profit and all eliminations between the Industry Groups.
• Communicate regularly with senior finance leaders at ABM business units to monitor performance metrics and synthesize trends
• Create presentations summarizing ABM’s monthly and quarterly performance for Senior Management, Board of Directors, Investor Relations, etc.
• Partner with Investor Relations and Divisional FP&A to synthesize the quarterly results and prepare deliverables for the CFO to assist with preparation of quarterly analyst calls
• Lead the preparation monthly and quarterly analysis packages (including forward looking analysis) for executive management. This requires coordination with various individuals in Consolidations and Reporting group as well as divisions and other corporate departments.
• Optimize available financial systems technology (Hyperion, Insight, Anaplan, Salesforce) from an effectiveness and efficiency perspective 
• Provide financial analysis and insights on ad hoc projects, including prospective M&A transactions, for CFO and Strategy Team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
