We are now looking for Developers to join our expanding Technology Team. You’ll be responsible and accountable delivering new design and development specifications based on customer requirements, while adhering to standard procedures and techniques

This role is key within of one of the UK’s largest and most diverse recruiting operation. Our aim is to deliver exceptional candidate and customer experience through an effective and inclusive recruitment process.

This is a home based position, with occasional travel to customers sites.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating test transactions and running tests to find errors and revise application programs
  • Supporting the implementation of application programs; fixing any existing or new bugs
  • Participating in post-implementation reviews of application development content and processes; continually working to create a learning environment by sharing about the participation process with others
  • Being a part of a dedicated development team refactoring application to Cloud
  • Working to high standards on first time fix basis to standard SDLC practices
  • Supporting wider transformation activities and interacting regularly with client and application SMEs

What we’re looking for:

  • Mandatory to hold/gain SC Clearance
  • Extensive experience with full stack C# development
  • Solid understanding of HTML, Java, Kendo and .NET
  • Strong knowledge of online candidate and operations facing application
  • Solid understanding of e2e SDLC especially testing requirements
  • Experience of working with enterprise application supported by multiple COTs products
