What you will also have already accomplished:•

 High School graduate preferred• 3 year+ of Butler Coordinator or Supervisory experience preferred 

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 40 lbs, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down and remain stationary at times throughout work periods.

Description of Responsibilities Rosewood Baha Mar's Butler Coordinator will work together with the Butler Supervisor to organize and plan all duties and tasks for the Butler department. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are "wowed" by Rosewood Baha Mar's hospitality• Inspect and update the butler portfolios and operational reports• Ensure that arrival packages are prepared prior to guest arrival and coordinate the ordering of daily VIP amenities• Assist with inventory for Butler department• Ensure that guest requests are tracked and handled in a timely manner• Coordinate the proper handling of lost and found items alongside the Security team• Liaise with the Reservations team to coordinate room assignments• Complete daily shift reports for the Butler team• Resolve any guest complaints in a timely, friendly and professional manner• Greet and acknowledge all guests encountered in a courteous and friendly manner• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations• Ensure total compliance with Rosewood Baha Mar's standards of operation• Stay current on trends in the Butler services industry• Perform other duties as assigned
