This is an exciting opportunity to work in a newly created role that will sit between Global Supply Chain and Global Commercial driving the process work end to end and business translation to bring to life and unlock the opportunity of our full value chain with the right tools, processes and connectivity. This role will report to the VP Global Commercial Transformation & the Global VP Supply Chain. This role will be MW focused, but will connectivity across segment also.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree ideally with an outstanding record of academic achievement; advanced degree is highly preferred

• 5+ years of experience
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders
• Possesses strong analytical skills, good listening skills with ability to effectively coach and mentor others; must be able to lead by Influence

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Identify end to end in the supply chain the pain points and requirements
• Translate identified problem spaces/opportunities to solutions, creating business cases, evaluating appropriate resourcing solution, ROI
• Drive in partnership with MGS, MW commercial, DT & Supply Chain how to connect the unconnected and develop a roadmap for tools and process to meet future strategy needs.
• Develop processes to enable best in class end to end supply chain connectivity (incl traceability)
• Identify opportunities for Test & Learn Innovation for delivery by technical peer/MGS
• Drive adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing tool
