What are we looking for?

Minimum

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years experience in management, Supply Chain in supply chain systems with in-depth expertise in Navision, WMS, TMS, OMS technologies

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in management, Supply Chain, Business or related field

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop processes to enable best in class end to end supply chain connectivity (incl traceability)

• Identify opportunities for Test & Learn Innovation for delivery by technical peer

• Drive adoption, continuous improvements, connection, and scaling of existing and future technologies that align with business objectives

• Collaborate with internal/external customers, PM, BA, developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision of work at hand; analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs

• Lead and assist the translation of business requirements into technical requirements using peer interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis & documentation

• Ensuring strong documentation is in place and maintained, such as, creating data mapping (current vs. future), functional/technical requirements and specifications documents

• Requires discipline and balance between technology, people and the business in order to define and solve the right problems
