The MIB (Modernize the Install Base) team is in the ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) COC (Center of Competency).The role of the MIB team is to generate revenue by mining our Install Base and generating pipeline for Sales and supporting Sales in overall account intelligence.The team performs Asset Reviews with Sales to uncover potential refresh or swap opportunities and manage the dispositioning of assets. The team also supports both refresh of existing Dell equipment as well as competitive equipment, which accounts for 50% of the Storage revenue.

What you’ll achieve
As a Business Transformation Senior Advisor, you will oversee cross-functional initiatives aimed to support the ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) Tech Refresh and Competitive Take Out programs. You will Influence and manage continuous improvement of process, practices, initiatives and technical functionalities.
You will:
Engage and influence global cross-functional teams
Develop strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally
Assist with developing, defining and leading execution of program(s) including program goals and prioritization setting
Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques in order to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule
Assist with resolving complex problems anticipating change and redirecting efforts as necessary
Manage projects related to the MIB program or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget and quality
Act as interlock between MIB and IT

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Non-Technical) and 5+ years of relevant experience in project management
Process improvement oriented; ability to identify improvements to existing workflows and results

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to message to executives
Ability to work on own initiative with moderate supervision and to work seamless across multiple organizations
Professional leadership, positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm and drive to succeed

Desirable Requirements
PMP certification
Curious with deep attention to detail and sense of urgency is a plus
