Job Purpose and Impact

We seek a Business Technology Analyst who, as an authority, will independently analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide coaching and/or mentoring to business users/partners.
• Proactively document business, data and process variances from the system plan, provide an assessment of the business model and integration with technology, propose alternatives and implement the preferred recommendations.
• Provide more complex process solutions for development that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
• Assess requirements and prioritize them in alignment with process advisors and across the organization.
• Enhance and influence integration of more complex process areas, including data, education, and security across a moderate subset of the organization.
• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Experience with Front Arena or other ERP general ledgersystems.
• Intermediate or advanced Python experience.
• Experience as a product owner.
• General understanding of fixed income and derivative instruments.
