As a business systems consultant senior/lead, you’ll focus on representing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) group in a cross-business unit effort in building a new internal agent desktop. You’ll work to blend existing functional requirements with design options to deliver a modern application aimed at helping the user locate a caller’s policy, verify them, and get them to the appropriate servicing or sales system. This is a unique opportunity to learn, contribute to, and deliver a new application being built from the ground up. Also, this position will continue to support the application and work to enhance it. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, helping assess solutions, and overseeing their implementation. You’ll also support ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and defect/outage resolution. This role can be remote.
