As a business systems analyst, you will support our Real Estate team by putting your IT knowledge and strong communication skills to use working closely with various business areas to learn their processes and systems. As a liaison between business areas, IT, and vendors, you will ensure systems are providing the services and technology needed. You will be a technical problem solver with the ability to recognize that as the business evolves our systems must also evolve and adapt to maintain our competitive advantage.

Must-have qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline with 2 years systems experience

In lieu of a degree, must have 3 years of related work experience in a professional business or technical role

Preferred skills 

Experience with large scale system implementations including management of the entire software lifecycle (onboarding/operational support/decommissioning)

Experience managing and maintaining client-side software including packaging, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting

In-depth knowledge of LEAN and Agile methodologies with the ability to create moderately complex artifacts (documentation, data flow diagrams, context diagrams)

General understating of systems architecture (how systems integrate with each other, risks within the system, opportunities for enhancements, and any potential business impacts)

Experience working in a helpdesk/support role with multiple business/vendor contacts (ticketing and work request routing)

Compensation 

$54,800 - $88,400/year depending on position level and experience

Gainshare bonus up to 24%- 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
