Job Description
As a business systems analyst senior on our Customer Portal team, you’ll play a key role in the development of large projects. Collaborating with our internal business customers, you’ll translate business requests into IT functional requirements or technical requirements. You’ll also support enhancements to our Credential Management Systems and all other UX systems that serve across the platform and external teams.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience in requirements gathering activities. In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience in requirements gathering activities.
Preferred skills
- Ability to define requirements and document system dependencies for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Experience or training on cucumber format for documentation of user acceptance criteria (Given-When-Then)
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, experience as scrum master and/or project coordination
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools. (e.g. ADO, TFS, MS Office)
Compensation
- $73,695 - $88,000/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
