Accountabilities and main responsibilities
- Provide business support to the operations Senior Management Team.
- Lead on a variety of internal projects and initiatives on behalf of the Business Director and Senior Management Team; creating and managing plans, liaising with other Capita departments and operational and support areas to ensure delivery.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and improvement of business support and internal processes.
- Act as an ambassador for change, taking on the role of business champion for a variety of internal projects and initiatives
- Coordinate the production and delivery of management information and reporting for the Business Director as required
- Undertake forecasting and invoicing activities as required across operations teams
- Act as the conduit between other business functions and the operations teams to manage business critical administrative requirements for operations including recruitment, screening and vetting, IT, project and change initiatives.
- Develop, manage and maintain the reward and recognition scheme for operations
- Manage the quarterly Heroes nominations
- Act as a Comms champion across CRS
- Act as the audit Coordinator for CRS operations, working with other business functions as required to ensure adherence to required ISO standards and contractual obligations including ISO9001, ISO22301 and ISO27001.
- Maintain and process the Long Service Awards scheme on behalf of CRS operations.
- Maintain the site management spreadsheet for CRS actively seeking cost saving opportunities, feeding into the quarterly location review
- Maintain an asset list to ensure effective utilisation and redeployment of telecoms hardware through the business.
- Maintain an asset register for homeworkers IT kit and manage the kit return process
- Maintain a high-level understanding of Group structure, policies and procedures to support the business as required.
- Investigate and resolve ad hoc business queries
- Arrange / coordinate internal and external facing meetings as required
- Arrange / coordinate internal and client events as required
