This customer facing position maximizes store in-stocks, event management, execution of new and discontinued items, reducing waste and analytics.  Use of the Customer's data sharing tools combined with collaboration between the Customer, Sales, and Conagra Brands Demand Planners will be used to drive efficiencies with predictable product flow throughout the entire supply chain. The CPFR Analyst is the primary contact for the Customer's Replenishment department and is a necessary internal collaboration partner with Sales and Customer Supply Chain. Goals for this position include Customer in-stock percentage, fill rate, forecast accuracy, and event performance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Interpret data with various levels of problem solving and demonstrates ability to tell a story of the results.
• Design reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action / resolution.
• Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.                                                                                                                                     
• Partner across functions and with various levels within the organization.
• Lead quarterly on-site or virtual customer presentations.
• Provide team guidance and training support.
• Reviews forecast accuracy exception reports and make recommendations for forecast changes to Customer Replenishment Team and Conagra Supply Chain Team.
• Identify daily store out of stocks and root cause.  Recommend business process changes to improve future in-stock. (Late truck, demand variability, incorrect forecast, miss-shipments)
• Make recommendations to facilitate forecast expectations, event plans, promotions, and projected lifts in sales trends.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field
• 3-5 years related business experience preferred
• Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills
• Potential Travel up to 10%
