Job Summary

As a Business Services Analyst on the Reverse Logistics team you will demonstrate an understanding of Reverse Logistics collaborating across all Accounts Receivable functions including Cash Application, Deduction Management, Collections, and Customer Program Management. You will maintain relationships working with other teams in Warehousing, Sales, Customer Order Management, 3rd parties, Transportation, and Finance. You will partner with service providers to manage and oversee governance of gainshare programs, and support direct to consumer business for order-to-cash processes.  Analyze results to both peers and executive level individuals. The responsibilities of this role could span across all teams within Global Business Services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, the Center of Excellence, Vendor Management, Data Management, and Customer Order Management.

You Will:

  • Interpret data with multiple levels of problem solving and able to tell a story of the results
  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
  • Design metrics; provide analysis that creates action / resolution
  • Present findings that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision making
  • Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes
  • Accommodate customer requests
  • Design business processes and recommend improvements
  • Exercise judgment in financial, operational or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
  • Provide team guidance and training support
  • Summarize and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Escalation contact for partners.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field
  • 3+ years related business experience required
  • Prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
  • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Domestic and International travel may be required
  • At this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future
