This position is part of Mumbai Business Risk Team which works for Global BCMA Business Risk teams based in NY, UK and HK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business risk management is part of Risk and Control with primary responsibility of monitoring policy adherence and regulatory requirements. Team evaluates/monitors risks in the business operations, systems and processes by identifying, assessing and controlling threats to business.

We are looking for a full-time team member. The general tasks would include:

• Work on global program for Regulatory Inventory Mapping (RIM) – an important foundation to managing compliance and regulatory risk, which works as the mechanism for being aware of regulatory changes
  • Participate in planning, execution and followups for documenting and remediating dependencies for BCMA
  • Will need to be flexible in timings as this will include working with partners across regions
  • Preparing and publishing reports for partners and sponsors
• Will also work on other Business Risk processes that includes actioning various types of Enititlement reviews, Data surveillance (includes emails, chats, portable media and network activities), Bankers Travel records reporting, evaluation and tracking of BCMA bankers’ registrations, Tracking and follow-ups on Mandatory trainings etc.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Risk operations and possess proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

Required Technical Skills:

• Should be well versed with MS-Office, preferably with advanced MS-Excel skills
