The Customer Success Unit (CSU) at Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help customers successfully realise their business outcomes.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering operational excellence and accurate business outcomes. This person will be responsible for delivering high quality work which delivers impact across all operational elements of the CSU organisation.
They will need to be comfortable working at pace and connecting with the CSU Leadership Team to ensure the decisions we take are beneficial to the business. This role will require collaboration between the different organisations within Microsoft UK and build a deep understanding of our processes and systems to operate in a compliant way.
We are also looking for someone who will live our values of respect, integrity and accountability and give each other great lived experiences.
