The Customer Success Unit (CSU) at Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help customers successfully realise their business outcomes.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering operational excellence and accurate business outcomes. This person will be responsible for delivering high quality work which delivers impact across all operational elements of the CSU organisation.  

They will need to be comfortable working at pace and connecting with the CSU Leadership Team to ensure the decisions we take are beneficial to the business. This role will require collaboration between the different organisations within Microsoft UK and build a deep understanding of our processes and systems to operate in a compliant way 

We are also looking for someone who will live our values of respect, integrity and accountability and give each other great lived experiences.  

 

 

You will:

  • Execute operational components such as headcount management, organisation set-up and in-year changes.  
  • Communicate with clarity to the leadership team and ensure that our business meets high operational standards.  
  • Provide regular stakeholder updates and flagging blockers earlyproviding solutions to challenges which may arise.  â€¯ 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferable) in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
