The Customer Success Unit (CSU) at Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering customer excellence and can drive execution of business programs. This person will run a number of strategic partnerships across several select customers/ charities and Microsoft, specifically the UK CSU. They will need to be comfortable working with Business Decision Maker stakeholders at our customers to identify opportunities for collaboration between the organisations and drive a formalised approach to an agreed value exchange between both organisations. We are also looking for someone who will live our values of respect, integrity and accountability and give each other great lived experiences.
