The Customer Success Unit (CSU) at Microsoft aspires to help our customers achieve their own digital transformation, leveraging the power of Microsoft Cloud solutions and support offerings. Microsoft invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that will help customers successfully realise their business outcomes.

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering customer excellence and can drive execution of business programs. This person will run a number of strategic partnerships across several select customers/ charities and Microsoft, specifically the UK CSU. They will need to be comfortable working with Business Decision Maker stakeholders at our customers to identify opportunities for collaboration between the organisations and drive a formalised approach to an agreed value exchange between both organisations. We are also looking for someone who will live our values of respect, integrity and accountability and give each other great lived experiences.  

 

Responsibilities  

  • Execute strategic engagement/ partnership plans, ensuring all pillars for the plan are making progress outlined in the value exchange framework, including managing senior stakeholders, providing regular stakeholder updates and flagging blockers early.  
  • Ensures regular cadence in place to review outcomes of engagements and flags blockers actively, ensuring a plan is put into place to drive momentum. 
  • Exciting opportunity for someone to grow into the role across all areas of strategic customer and partner relationship management, executive stakeholder management, leading strategic programs for the CSU as well as skilling of our technical workforce. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science).
  • Extensive experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or business-related roles .
