Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence efforts by driving consistency in sales processes, ticket management and measurement of success KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive impact, client satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless client experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews with your team to deliver meaningful reporting, optimization recommendations and strategies that successfully impact our business.
- Identify and deliver ongoing process improvements, and scaled initiatives that increase impact across the books of business.
- Partner with the Account Services Leadership Community and EMEA Sales Managers to ensure strong partnership with global AS team and EMEA account teams, balancing operational excellence standards with innovation and strategic thinking.
- Establish operational rhythm that focuses on balancing work drivers and bandwidth of team.

Preferred Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid years of relevant digital marketing, agency, search advertising experience
- People management experience
- Enthusiasm for search and technology and its use in driving revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
