We are currently looking for business process owners (BPO) to join our dynamic project team working on the start-up of our new 1.3MM square foot warehouse distribution and customer fulfillment center in Morris, IL. Working behind the scenes in our supply network, BPO technicians are vital to the success of our business at P&G. As a technician, you will work on a team that is responsible for keeping site throughput flowing, meeting performance goals, and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

What will you do?This role is responsible for the interface between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Warehouse Controls System (WCS) in an automated warehouse. These individuals are internally motivated to develop a deep understanding of technical components powering automation systems and have a natural aptitude for communicating technical understandings and training others. These individuals are technical leaders for WMS and WCS at the Site and drives to deliver terrific results through disciplined troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, individuals must have strong written/verbal communication skills and a passion for system configuration and optimization.
Business Process Owner roles could be the one of following areas:
The Logistics BPO is responsible for developing mastery within the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) PrIME and leveraging their expertise to optimize the operation, drive out defects, implement sustainable improvements, create standard work processes and coordinate training for shift teams.
The Bulk Movements & Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) BPO is responsible for developing mastery within the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the picking systems.
The Automation picking BPO is responsible for developing mastery within the site Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the picking systems.
All BPOs will be expected to leverage their expertise to optimize the operation, drive out defects, implement sustainable improvements, create standard work processes and coordinate training for shift teams.
Job Responsibilities
Ownership for various Site control systems
Ability to interface, solve problems, manage multiple priorities and implement solutions collaboratively with multiple interfaces
Create, revise and own work process standards
Develop, coordinate and track training & qualification material for end-users
Agile to perform other duties as assigned or required by changing business needs

Physical Requirements:
Lift 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms; twist, turn and bend
Sit/stand on material handling equipment for an extended period of time.
Be willing to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to eye protection, safety vest, hearing protection and safety shoes
Work Schedule:
M-F dayshift for first 6 months with up to 50% travel for company paid training and onboarding.
After 6 months, transition to 2-3-2 12 hour shift with slow rotation between days/nights.
