Key Requirements
- Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or Science from a recognized institute. MBA or Masters will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a project management, business process analysis and/or continuous improvement.
- Agile Scrum Master / Product Owner.
- ISO certification experience will be advantage.
- Knowledge in process modelling and maintenance within BPM applications, preferably IBM Blueworks Live.
- Exceptionally adept with quantitative analysis with excellent presentation skills
- Proven leadership, influencing and facilitation skills and business acumen.
- Results-driven achiever who is able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Microsoft Office skills. Experience of SAP will be an advantage.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive end-to-end strategic process improvement initiatives to deliver process simplification, re-engineering, digitization and automation
- Support the digital transformation program by identifying and prioritizing automation and digitization use cases within existing processes.
- Support transformation project delivery by driving the process analysis, design, requirements identification and post-implementation review phases.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with Digital and IT teams to define and implement system solutions.
- Lead the design and realization phases of business process related projects by designing business processes against leading international standards (benchmarks), by managing change and organizational impact and delivering significant, measurable and sustainable business improvement results.
- Lead analysis of business performance results, customer feedback, audit reports, and any other business data to identify major business improvement opportunities and mobilize transformational business process improvement projects.
- Lead performance analysis and business review sessions to identify and prioritize major business improvement opportunities.
- Provide process insights and reporting to process owners for effective decision making.
