What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team?
The business process analyst will be a technology expert who enjoys optimizing Financial data systems. You will engage with business leaders to streamline operations in the Treasury, Risk Management, Banking & Cash Management areas.
You will participate in global project implementations to digitize business requirements using SAP solutions.

They are able to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization and are excited by the prospect of making the best use of technology to deliver our next generation of products and initiatives.
What you will do:
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables
Deliver global project implementations including system design, configuration, validation and support
Perform duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Finance (preferred)
A proven track record of performance with 5+ years of technical or financial responsibility
3+ years experience with configuration/ implementation of SAP Treasury & Risk Management and SAP In-House Cash
Knowledge of SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, SAP Payments or SAP Financial Accounting
Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English
Strong collaboration mindset with an ability to cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams
Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible
Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, Central Finance, Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, ABAP language, visualization tools (Domo, Sigma)
Academic certifications in SAP, Treasury or Finance areas
Knowledge about Industry best practices
Project management certification
