Job Background/ Content:

Citi's Data Strategy is focused on building a business data architecture, a Data Quality framework and a systems infrastructure that generate accurate, complete, and timely information in the form of Key Reports (risk, financial, regulatory and management reports) to enable decisions during business-as-usual operations and ad hoc analysis in times of stress.

Job Purpose

The Business Process Owner role will play a key role in mapping processes including the list of Data Domains, Data Concepts, and Data Elements, as well as identifying Trusted Sources for each Critical Data Element (CDE). In support of this accountability, the individual must maintain accurate Business Process maps, (including linkage to Data Domains, Data Concepts and Data Elements) and appropriate Data Quality rules and controls for Corporate CDEs and CDEs.

Other Key Responsibilities include :

• Draw out process flows for retail banking products- CASA ,Cards, Loans– Account opening, Maintenance etc.
• Maintain accurate Business Process maps, (including linkage to Data Domains, Data Concepts and Data Elements)
• Identify and notify the CDO of Business Process changes
• Engage with relevant stakeholders regarding process improvement and assess the business, data and system related controls
• Review adequacy of preventive and detective data controls

Knowledge/Experience/Technical/ Personal skills:

• University graduate with at least 5 years of experience.
• Very strong PPT or MS Visio & Office Skills
• Strong English Communication skills
• Strong understanding of Consumer banking products – Cards, Wealth management, Loans, Payments & Banking.
