The role of the MIB team is tohelp Salesorganizationtogenerate revenue by mining our Install Base,generatingTech RefreshSalespipeline and supporting Salesorganizationin overall account intelligence.  The team performs AssetReviews with Salesto disposition their assetsanduncoverpotential refresh or swap opportunities and manage dispositioning of assets. The team also supports both refresh of existing DellTechnologies assetsand swap ofcompetitive equipment, which accounts for 50% of the Storage revenue.

What you’ll achieve
As a business planning, reporting and insights advisor, you will analyze and recommend strategic priorities, salesforce performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market. You will evaluate business process and produce metrics identifying areas to improve business performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization. The Tech Refresh Planning & Reporting Advisor will need to work with Asset, Opportunity, Revenue data to create reporting for Sales and all interlocked functions, providing insight on activity, and all manner of data analytics and insight. SFDC expertise is required as well as other reporting and analytical tools.
You will:
Formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation for leadership
Consult with business to identify new reports or data needs to support business decision
Use basic sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and salesforce training needs
Identify and implement process & systems improvements
Run data analysis to support major programs like Tech Refresh goals and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives and support business transformation projects

Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years of operations & analytical experience
Good understanding of sales processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative with moderate to little supervision and to work seamless across multiple organizations
Positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm and drive to succeed
Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines, works well under pressure
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Curious with deep attention to detail and sense of urgency is a plus
