Job Description

Responsibilities:

•    Maintain accurate business and territory data utilizing SAP and assist in system tests for SAP upgrades and integration at new Eastman sites relevant to Chemical Intermediates.
•    Provide overview training on market and territory assignments to CSRs and other users as needed.
•    Assist with Global Sales Director calendar as needed.
•    Provide a daily summary of Chemical Industry news as it relates to Eastman’s strategy and competitive intelligence.
•    Provide day-to-day Salesforce.com application support with Global Sales team. 
•    Assist with troubleshooting forecast errors that relate to market and territory assignments.  
•    Schedule and track action items for Winning With Customers Action Review Meetings for all regions. 
•    Coordinate schedule for weekly contract review meetings and generate reports from Contract Management system.  
•    Manage access and content in Chatter Groups and Sales and Organization SharePoint sites.
•    Manage communication to Sales team and CSR teams for issues impacting customers.
•    Coordinate all aspects of annual Americas Sales Meetings and North America industry conferences including serving as Eastman liaison with industry organizations, venue selection, space requirements and associated contracts and catering agreements.
•    Coordinate all details for Chemical Intermediates Customer visits to the Kingsport site.
•    Provide analysis and support for special organizational projects as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

•   Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
•   Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment.
•    Strong follow-through skills to ensure deadlines are met.
•    Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for projects and tasks.
•    Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
•    Minimum 3 years of Administrative support experience is preferred.
•    Ability to synthesize data and generate presentation quality outputs is a must.
•    Strong Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI) and related computer applications skills required. 
•    SAP and Salesforce.com experience a plus.
•    Must possess a strong customer service mindset, be a self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities in support of meeting critical deadlines.
