What you’ll achieve
As a Business Operations Consultant, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.
You will:
Work with business users to define and investigate problems, conducting studies to create alternative business solutions that meet current and future environments
Possess and apply knowledge in multiple functional areas, maintaining and managing systems in those functions and modify procedures to solve problems
Be a subject matter expert on business processes and serve as a consulting resource for the functional area
Lead projects and work with extended teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain business solutions
Ensures improvements in operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency

Essential Requirements
12+ years of professional Business Operations experience with a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
Expert Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze and present data and conduct a deep dive of metrics and KPI’s
Solid understanding of internal business processes and systems capabilities, as well as knowledge of Project Management applications and tools
Ability to work with diverse cultural styles to drive productivity and to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and successfully influence senior decision makers
Desirable Requirements
Previous experience with Tableau, Financial Force or Salesforce tools
Prior Stakeholder Management experience
