You will be responsible for enablement/creation of organizational health management tools in alignment with the strategic roadmap of initiatives. This role would entail working with the cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable acceleration of our investments.

What you’ll achieve

As a Tools Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing initial plans, setting budgets, driving project activities, and communicating achievements to key partners.

You will:

• Play an active role and lead critical projects to improve our global, end-to-end product development organization

• Be responsible for driving key strategic tool development for the organization, being part of a small, focused team and participating in various extended teams

• Conduct stakeholder interviews. Plan and facilitate workshops.

• Identify and structure problems, create hypotheses and execute analysis; Translate data into meaningful insights; Present recommendations to key decision makers

for with this role:

Essential Requirements

• General understanding of corporate finance and human resources management

• Solid track record in agile project management and proficiency in PM tools such as Jira and Planview

• 3+ years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree or MBA

• Distinctive problem-solving skills and thought leadership to identify core issues, run complex analytics and synthesize actionable recommendations within limited time.

• Mindset and drive to enable truly impactful and transformational initiatives despite roadblocks

Desired Requirements

• PMP/PMP-ACP Certification

• CSM/ASM Certification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance or human resources related field
