Job Description

As the Business Manager/Chief of Staff, you will serve as a key advisor to Global Field & Partner Marketing leadership, on strategic initiatives and organizational management.  Reporting into Sr Director of the GF&PM BTO, you will develop strong relationships within the organization and cross functionally to identify and help resolve operational and organizational issues, drive our business management system, foster cross-team collaboration, efficiency, and assist with special projects.

You will:

  • Partner with key internal and cross functional stakeholders to deliver and implement an effective business management system including proper documentation of key processes
  • Bring operational rigor, and strong stakeholder engagement
  • Support management with all matters pertaining to organizational administration, including annual planning, training, team communications and coordination, team morale/culture and other duties as assigned
  • Identify process gaps across the team that impact efficiency or effectiveness and lead the development and implementation of a plan to resolve
  • Drive effective communication and coordination across the Planning/Chiefs of Staff community and broader organization
  • Provide strategic guidance and tracking of critical cross-functional Strategy & Business Operations initiatives / projects

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in program management, organizational management, strategic planning, or similar field
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work through complex problems
  • Ability to devise and implement processes and process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Experience delivering quality work under short timelines
  • Very detailed, analytical, & process oriented with strong drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Power Point/Excel/Think Cell, and comfortable creating executive level presentations inclusive of concise visual representation of data

Desired Requirements

  • MBA or/and business degree
  • Consulting background
  • Prior marketing experience
