The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Learning Services Business Analyst to join the Adobe Experience Cloud Training team known as Adobe Digital Learning Services (ADLS). Join a team that provides us with the systems and information that keeps our business up and running. The primary role will be to lead data connectivity and reporting from several different systems and solutions. You will also have the opportunity to run your own projects and work closely with other teams across the training organization to tackle business challenges. This position could be located near any Adobe office or remote location.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare reports, including capturing business requirements and gathering vital data
• Ensure data sources used are complete and accurate
• Automate all reporting and dashboards, allowing business users to self-service
• Assist in analyzing data to make suggestions for process improvements
• Organize all reporting access and create and maintain documentation on reporting
• Provide assistance where required for self-service reporting
• Serve as the liaison for other internal reporting teams
• Recommend the correct applications for reporting
• Project management as required

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in business or an IT related field
• 3-5 years’ work experience in a business intelligence or analyst role
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data connectivity
• Working experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office required; LMS experience, and ticket tracking preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a global, remote team
• Superb communication skills, including creating project documentation, clearly presenting findings, and building a concise communications plan
• Creative and collaborative approach to consensus building
• Naturally curious with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven skills for time management and prioritization
• Ability to understand and build financial reporting, and to measure business return on investment
