Job Summary:

The Global Security Investigations (GSI) team is responsible for a variety of investigative activities within The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) and affiliated companies, to include:

  • Conducting investigations on matters including: fraud, intellectual property loss and theft; personal information loss and theft; employee misconduct; physical property theft; workplace violence issues; and cybercrimes.
  • Leading threat assessments and developing threat mitigation strategies.
  • Partnering with other business units (HR/ER, Legal, etc.), within and outside of Global Security, to develop protocols, response, and investigative plans for workplace safety and security incidents.
  • Collaborating with business units to develop proactive measures to capture and maintain incident reports and prevent security incidents.
  • Teaming with various units within TWDC, affiliated companies, other corporate security investigations teams, and law enforcement representatives at the local, federal, and international levels to facilitate investigations and collaborate to promote and practice preventative initiatives.

Responsibilities:

The Business Integration Project Manager, GS Investigations, supports the development and implementation of GSI’s initiatives and internal and external programs, such as executive care packages, fraud initiatives, and D3 Security reporting implementation programs. The Business Integration Project Manager will also be responsible for supporting the management team to include but not limited to research, information and data gathering, analyzing data, preparing customer reviews and presentations, requesting and validating financial and management reports, customer metrics management, maintaining data sources, creating and managing RIM management, and assisting with all future initiatives. The Program Specialist will also be actively involved in program support and continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate extensively with business unit-specific plans, process improvement, and troubleshooting initiatives. The perfect candidate will be creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in program management or business administration.
  • Strong presentational skills working with a magnitude of clients at all level, including senior executives.
  • Research and gather data/information on assigned tasks and projects.
  • Analyze, create, and prepare reports for various projects and presentations.
  • Request, gather, create and schedule programs for designated or customized packages.
  • Develop, edit and maintain presentations and client deliverables.
  • Assist management team with various types of projects, i.e. initiatives, RFP, RIM, etc.
  • Create surveys, monitor responses, analyze results, and manage data repositories.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Forms other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as requested.
  • Travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fortune 500 corporate structure and culture.
  • Disney Culture and Experience a plus.
  • Project Management Certifications.

Required Education

College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
