Job Description:

As Business Engagement Program Manager, Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology (FBOT), you partner closely with the team leader to help complete the engagement strategy while ensuring alignment to messaging with a focus on quality and pace. A component of the role is to ensure that the process to cascade content is efficient across FBOT. In this role, you will drive digital engagement through creative and dynamic content for audiences including FBOT leaders and associates, and Operations associates. This role collaborates across many groups to include those in Communications, Human Resources and Meetings & Events. You may also play a key role in the execution of cross-FBOT programs such as site visits.

• You are forward-thinking with a strong digital tool skill set and can bring passion and creativity to digital workplace platforms like SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, etc.
• You have outstanding attention to detail and can balance several projects simultaneously
• Solid intuition for business and the ability to understand the needs of multiple business partners
• Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data
• You model behaviors that support Fidelity’s digital transformation for innovative ways of working

• Passionate about driving effective and engaging associate and leader events and finding efficient yet creative ways to achieve objectives

• A digital storyteller who can translate complex topics into compelling messages on FBOT-owned digital channels

The Team

Our team is the glue that keeps FBOT aligned and informed. As the Business Engagement team, it is our job to support the head of FBOT’s Senior Leadership team and to ensure leaders and associates are informed and engaged on key initiatives and programs across the organization, so they can do their jobs more optimally. We are creative, digitally savvy and have outstanding attention to detail. We are change oriented and curious with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
