Business Development Support

Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing distributors; developing relationships with new ones. Contributing to ongoing customer and prospect communication efforts through transactional and consultative interactions; responding to their needs and identifying potential business opportunities. Assisting in monitoring the changes of competitive environment at the operational level, and sharing this information with marketing and sales colleagues. Tracking the progress and achievements of agents' efforts (including a series of marketing activities, sales and promotions) toward targets; assisting when necessary.
