Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Promoting the Novus IT Graduate Programme and Employed Resource Model to new prospective clients in the ‘Northern’ territory (Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Birmingham upwards in England)
  • Generating leads and converting leads into meetings. Meetings will be initially run by Senior Client Account Manager for 3 months and following this you will run all your own meetings
  • Leads can be generated through different methods; LinkedIn and email campaigns, cold calling, warm calling, marketing
  • Using sales skills to listen to the customer and to understand their challenges
  • Map out, develop and cultivate key client engagement at the right level, in the ‘buying area’
  • Identify clients’ requirements and develop accountable solutions to deliver business results and drive innovation for clients
  • After successful meetings promoting our two innovative recruitment models, with support of your line manager to agree terms and conditions with our end clients. This will be supported by Capita’s commercial team

What we’re looking for:

  • Business to business outbound sales and account management experience
  • Ability to build and improve long term professional relations with customers/contacts
  • Persuasive and able to use a wide range of influencing, negotiation and selling skills effectively
  • Great listening skills, able to decipher the client challenges and present an effective solution
  • Personable demeanor
  • Hunter – Enjoys prospecting and finding new business
  • Demonstratable history of being a high performer
  • Resilience
