Business Development Manager
Veredus (part of Capita) is a leader in executive search and selection and interim placements, research and insight, providing recruitment expertise that enables businesses to meet the workplace demands of today and tomorrow.
We are looking for a new Business Development Manager, in this role you will personally own the new business growth target, manage and create new, profitable revenue streams across all Veredus Assessment and Design services, and working with the psychology and delivery team to ensure delivery against timescale and budget.
Consulting with prospective clients to understand their key business and talent challenges, creating a clear and articulate vision of how Veredus Assessment & Design can add value.
