Job Description

The person appointed to this position is going to be representing the company in generating leads, handling meetings within the office and outside the office for potential collaboration in order to elevate the revenue of the Company. The BDM will be responsible for creating new sales strategies for the integration in the existing markets where the Company operates, studying, embracing new markets and increasing brand awareness. 

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

- Understand the worldwide smart home industry, identify and recruit key right partners and build both executive and working-level relationships across technical and business disciplines- Lead complex negotiations defining key technical, and business commitments, and manage project implementations- Build, scale and grow existing Solution, Engineering and Technical Teams- Lead cross-functional teams including Solution Architect, Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and senior management to meet business objectives- Understand the technical and business requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal teams to guide the direction of our roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIESGENERATE SALES LEADS

- Tailor strategies to generate sales leads for the Company Create contracting strategies for prospects- Create templates for cold emailing and structure face to face meetings- Study consumer psychology and custom sales strategies for the integration in the existing markets and find new markets for the Company to operate

SET MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL COLLABORATORS AND CLOSE CONTRACTS

- Enriching relationships with potential collaborations- Find out their challenges and think strategically about how to set down plans and objectives for your collaborators to properly work with you and generate revenue for the Company

CREATE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE PARTNERSHIPS

- Find out who are the people contacting your prospect, target them and grow partnerships with them, create alliances with other people in the industry to exchange client's portfolio- The main purpose of this responsibility is to not lose business in none angels

GENERATE REFERRALS-

 Follow-ups with B2B meetings on your portfolio- Follow-ups with B2C meetings on your team’s portfolio- Take part in sales and marketing strategies meetings and effectively grow those strategies- Negotiate and take place in partner and customer meetings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS-

 5+ years of technical business development and/or product management experience insmart and consumer electronics industries- Bachelor's degree required- Experience negotiating hardware/software and services agreements with all parts of the technology value chain
- Proven project management skills and capability for working with cross-functional teams- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Albanian and English language.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Track record of successfully driving opportunities with partners- Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment- Experience/knowledge in Smart and Consumer Electronic industry- Strong examples of negotiation results with major technology companies- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, vague, dynamic environment- Deep analytical and quantitative skills- Self-motivated to develop new possibilities- Worked in a startup environment previously.- MBA preferred
