• Developing a strategy and solutions and clearly communicating your vision to the (potential) customer;
• Converting strategies into a clear sales proposition;
• Translating a proposition into solutions on multiple levels towards customers and colleagues;
• Thinking in solutions and making use of existing and new partners;
• You know the market and understand the problems of this industry;

You recognize yourself in this

• Demonstrable experience as a business development manager (developing new business) and a network within industrial automation is a must;
• You have a completed HBO education;
• At least 5 years of work experience in sales and/or new business development, with a demonstrable track record in new deals and revenue growth;
• You have experience in selling software and/or total solutions;
