As a Upstream Chemicals Business Development Manager, you'll be involved in planning and development for the overall sales strategy of your team. In a high-impact, fast-paced environment you'll work with exclusive product lines. As a trusted leader, you'll deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, good relationships and thorough business understanding.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying business growth targets and implementing sales plans across the Permian basin, in collaboration with Service Delivery, Field Business Development and Technology teams

• Building long-term strategic relationships with engineering, supply chain and executive personnel at customer regional offices

• Preparing of commercial proposals for chemical solutions to share with our customers

• Ensure compliance with Sales and Service Standards at a key customer accounts

• Drive the development of short and long range sales goals in concert with Permian Service Delivery and Sales Management

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent, relevant industry experience

• Have a minimum four years of experience in upstream production chemicals

• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others

• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and an ability to build trusting relationships

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
