We are looking for a dynamically talented and motivated Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. The role will primarily involve a sales role developing our clientele's production value as well as increasing the count of clients strategically. Selected candidates are required to engage corporate clients as well as medium scale businesses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- A Minimum 2 year experience in Sales & Marketing
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- A Great networking skills & negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good technical writing and reporting skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently
- A Fluent in English.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- A Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with existing clientele.
- Visit new and existing clients on a regular basis to secure new business.
- Maintaining good working relationships and servicing client requirements by liaising with other team members.
- A Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- A Setting monthly performance targets in discussion with the management and achieving them on a monthly basis.
- A Develop new team members as they join the team as assigned.
- Be a part and assist in product / service development and share market intel and acceptability reports to the management team.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts for new clients to secure / increase new business.
- Quarterly & monthly sales planning, goals & target setting and reporting on performance.
