Identifying customer requirements & provide suggestions to the customer with the company solutions

Consistently following up on customer inquiries within the stipulated timelines

Updating and maintaining an accurate record of all daily inquiries in a timely manner

Ability to Online/Physical (Colombo) meetings with company representatives (Transport will be provided)

Qualifications

Excellent in English is compulsory

Knowledge and experience in IT

Minimum 1 year Experience in Sales or Marketing environment

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients’ interest with the services offered by the company

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Ability to speak in Sinhala would be an added advantage
