The Role
The Business Developer in the Business Process Improvement and Automation Center of Excellence works with business partners across the firm to enhance and automate processes to improve efficiency, scale and quality within the business and for our clients.
The Team
Work as part of the Center of Excellence team to standardize and deliver product code, configure workflow, support and test various applications, and rollout new and innovative product solutions.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to decompose requirements into stories and tasks
- Solid grasp of Agile methodology and tools
- Build technical specifications, test execution plan and test cases to cover end to end functionality
- Hands-on experience with business process improvements or business /workflow process design
- Preferred minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry and in information systems
