WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to supports the screening, planning and the development of new business ventures,

WHAT IS YOUR CHALLENGE?

The business development Analyst primary role is to supports the screening, planning and the development of new business ventures by applying extensive knowledge in the area of business development. The Business Development Analyst independently evaluates new business proposals and participates in the development of new business ventures. Also extends support beyond business analysis and planning and may be involved in the structuring and negotiation of deals to achieve final deal closure.

REQUIREMENTS

As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance from a recognized and approved international program.

You will have at least ten years' experience in Oil & Gas transaction, including at least 3 years in Midstream transaction.

• Good Interpersonal communication skills.

• Working knowledge of a variety MS office tools.

• Time-management skills, resistance to stress.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail with a high degree of control and emphasis toward quality.

• Fluency in English.

• A degree in finance, Business; MBA preferred.

• Understanding of business model.

• Experience with risks reporting and risks dash board.

• Understanding of Portfolio management principles.

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Upstream Development is responsible for providing the following:

• Performs detailed transaction development and execution activities related to Upstream activities, mainly for joint ventures as well as merger and acquisitions, by applying extensive knowledge in areas related commercial negotiation and financial modeling and definitive documents development.

• Conduct due diligence on technical and commercial aspects of the new venture, develops business plan and financial modeling, performs structuring of new venture and negotiations with potential partners to achieve final investment decision , and provide expertise to design the capabilities required by the new venture.

• Develop business plan, financial model, optimal commercial structure of the new venture and negotiation strategy with potential partners.

• Conduct due diligence on technical and commercial aspects of the new venture with the support of relevant organizations.

• Develop commercial aspects of the definitive documents, conduct definitive documents negotiations, develop the new venture financing plan.

• Develop and review key definitive documents, commercial terms and related activities.

• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed.

• High competency in commercial and financial aspects of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and divestments.

• Perform initial sanity checks on documentation packages ensuring all activities are captured, accurately reviewed and processed in a timely fashion.

• Updating of documentation and processing status .

• Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Effective communication and close cooperation with representative of other COMPANY department.

THE STAGES OF THIS PROCESS ARE:

If your resume evaluation is not suitable, you will be receiving an e-mail notification in 2-3 days.

2. Interviews stage

2.1 LHR Americas preliminary phone/video interview: A member of the Talent Acquisition team from LHR Americas will first schedule a call with you to discuss the details of the position, your interests, and qualifications. Furthermore, your English level will be evaluated at this stage, ONLY native or advanced speakers will approve this evaluation.

If this preliminary phone/video interview is successful your resume will be submitted to our client.

If your preliminary phone/video interview is not successful our Talent Acquisition consultant will inform you.

2.2 Client phone/video interview: This interview will happen only if your resume is approved by our client, we cannot guarantee the time our Client will take to approve your resume, but it should take less than a week.

If your resume is approved a member of the Talent Acquisition Team from our client will schedule a call with you to evaluate your qualifications.

The client interview contains technical questions that help assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field and may include a behavioral evaluation. Be prepared to explain how you approach problems and produce solutions.

If your phone interview is successful, the hiring team will further evaluate your resume, and they will invite you to a video interview when hiring managers are available.

If your resume is not approved, LHR Americas will inform you.

2.3 Video interviews with hiring managers: which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.

3. Conditional Offer

A successful interview may result in a conditional offer of employment.

Conditions for employment include but are not limited to: medical examinations, and permission to secure a visa to work and reside in-country.

4. Relocation process

After your offer is accepted and all conditions for employment are met, you will be assigned a relocation advisor from LHR Americas. This advisor is your go-to resource for the transition, providing helpful advice on everything from when to give notice to your current employer to visa services
