• Continuously improve efficiency, quality and speed of cleaning, consolidating and reporting the data that we receive from our distributor network
• Follow up on performance and prepare daily/weekly updates.
• Monitor KPIs in coordination with the business leaders.

About the team

The FP&A team is an international and diverse group of nine team players. All colleagues have their own specialties and focus areas but there is a lot of interaction and support to each other. We are dynamic and innovative, used to working with deadlines, but also find the time to have fun.

Experience

• Experience in cleaning and combining multiple data sources.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data.
• High-level Excel skills; experience with Oracle and Hyperion would be a plus. Experience with Power Query, Power BI, and DAX is also considered to be a pre.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics and/or Finance-related studies or an equivalent of 1-3 years of experience as an analyst in an international (corporate) environment.
• Fluency in English; mastery of other (European) languages would be a plus.

• Thoroughness and attention to detail with steadiness under pressure. You are a team player who shows energy and persistence;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to combine your understanding of the financial process with persuasiveness and confidence.

• Support with developing, testing, updating, and improving BI reports and dashboards.
• Support and drive the Business Teams in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Monthly Forecast.
• Analyze monthly results versus Monthly Forecast and Budget, find opportunities to improve Forecast Accuracy.
• Work together with the Commercial Analyst to prepare monthly forecast updates; analyze the impact of price adjustments; prepare margin analyses;
• Assist with testing, updating and improving BI reports and dashboards.
