This role involves driving the quality and improvement agenda as a Business Assurance/Compliance Auditor covering sites nationally with a focus on the Midlands/North Wales

It is critical for the success of the service that there is a continuous focus on compliance and quality improvement and ensuring adherence to process and policy. Business Assurance delivers an annual programme of visits across the full range of Army attraction and recruiting activities. This role will cover The Midlands. The team consists of five auditors and a team manager, of which four auditors are based in separate geographic locations.

This role is 3 days a week - days will depend on events on a week to week basis

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out Compliance/Business Assurance visits to specified standards for, Army Careers Centres, Outreach Teams, Assessment Centres, careers and attraction events and recruiting activities within the education sector
• Producing reports with clear findings and objectives for improvement
• Driving the quality and improvement agenda within the Service.
• Providing detailed reports
• Managing own diary and workloads
• Travelling to various sites across the Midlands/North Wales

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in compliance/assurance or recruitment and selection
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to manage own workload and work independently
• Good attention to detail
• Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
• Must have a full drivers’ license with flexibility to travel around the Midlands/North Wales
