As a shared services organization, the Modern Analytics and Insights team supports the Customer Experience & Success and Cross Industry Solutions (with Microsoft Consulting Services therein) divisions. We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader who can drive the vision and strategy for our Business Excellence and Operations organizations by generating Data Driven transformative Insights. This will be accomplishable by leading the next generation Insights platform with ability to architect Descriptive, Inquisitive, Predictive, Prescriptive Insights by integrating, synthesizing, merging and transforming the existing BI & reporting data engines. This role will also require ability to partner with other engineering teams and organizations to enable a world class support experience and generate rich insights at scale with speed.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
