Summary

Cigna is seeking a highly motivated and innovative team member to join our growing and dynamic Global Data & Analytics team as a Business Analytics Advisor for High Performing Providers.  You will serve as a subject matter expert and active contributor in ongoing support for the Cigna Care Designation (CCD) program and will be critical in the Provider Performance Evaluation process. This individual will engage with clinical experts, IT Application Developers and other key stakeholders in providing insights, quantitative analyses and help shape the future of the CCD program.

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining CCD end-to-end process (annual refresh, methodology changes, documentation, reporting, etc.)

• Understand data and table structures and how they work together

• Understand and be able to explain provider evaluation methodology ad performance metrics

• Work with various stakeholders to determine needs and ensure execution/delivery via various tools/processes

• Fulfill ad hoc requests (data extracts, knowledge/documentation sharing, etc.) from matrix partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of significant experience with data and analytics

• Experience with Healthcare data

• Experience with large, unstructured datasets

• Strong MS Access and Excel skills

• Experience with coding (e.g. Sql and/or SAS) for data extraction and manipulation

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work and communicate with technical and non-technical partners

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
