Job Description:
The Product Model Business Analyst plays an integral role in interacting with a broad array of business partners, understanding their business needs, and providing necessary support in accordance with Fidelity’s standard processes. The right person for this role will have demonstrated analytical skills with a strategic focus. The individual will have strong communications skills as they engage with internal partners, Fidelity leaders, senior executives, and suppliers to achieve stronger scale and efficiency for the firm.
The Team
The Product Model team is responsible for the oversight of numerous Fidelity enterprise software solutions. The team is responsible for the day to day operations, as well as requirements gathering, testing and implementation of system enhancements. This team oversees strategic relationships internally and with our suppliers.
The Expertise You Have
Understanding of the Fidelity business unit structure
BS/BA in business administration or 4+ years of equivalent operations experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, business analysis and testing
Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Tableau experience and/or other data analysis tools and data tables
Basic understanding of procurement processes and performance metrics
