The Expertise and Skills You Bring

3-5 years of experience. Health & Welfare operations experience a plus.

Strong Health and Other Benefits Systems (HOBS) and/or Fidelity Health Benefits (FHB) experience

Ability to evaluate requirements against HOBS and FHB platform functionality and provide solutions as required

Agile experience a plus

BA or BS preferred or 5+ years of related experience

Analytical skills

Problem solving/process improvement skills

Good social skills

Highly organized and self-motivated

Ability to be flexible, multitask and work with various members of the team on multiple projects or initiatives

Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment that can be highly ambiguous with new technologies

Experience with related desktop software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to assess gaps to recommend solutions

Work closely with business and technical team members

Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects

Document project objectives, business requirements, and technical or data specifications

Participate in requirements collecting and understand the existing processes

Participate with the squad to review materials to settle scope of the project

Actively chip in during project meetings and be prepared with vital documentation

Identify requirements, system, data, or test design solutions

Perform and consult on design work, including analysis for moderate to complex-scope projects.

Lead gap analysis between requirements, data, and system configuration, recommend solutions as appropriate to close the gaps

Deliver root cause analysis

The Team

The team is responsible for automated testing of health care and benefit administration systems. We ensure the system will deliver accurate insurance rates, premiums, coverage amount, pre-requisite for coverage, etc. according to client/state specific requirements. The team will help Fidelity to further drive and accelerate growth in this market space.
