What you will do:

• Establish and maintain key relationships with key business stakeholders (internally and externally)
• Develop a thorough understanding of Teachers Pension legislation and administration
• Support the delivery of the project
• Use all appropriate means to gather a thorough understanding of the business’ requirements and priorities
• Actively promote the application of robust change management techniques across the business
• Design and manage change initiatives to meet business objectives
• Present key information and deliverables to external clients and stakeholders
• Identify, interpreting and analysing large data sets

Your experience will include:

• Prior Business Analyst or Analytical background
• Experience of managing change initiatives, either as project manager or work stream lead
• Strong pensions knowledge (desirable not essential)
• Ability to communicate effectively – both written and verbally
• Strong analytical skills – possessing the ability to break down data and then presenting your selection in detail
• High attention to detail
• Good team player
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
